ATT can tell the future...

So, I came across this old ATT commercial where it is predicting the future and the many possibilities of new technology. The cool thing about it is that most everything has come true. So what does ATT know that we don't?

Pandora does Music Videos Now!

I thought this was pretty cool, since I'm in Pandora daily (mostly in the car on the Blackberry). They are starting to roll out music videos in addition to their online radio service. They will be releasing new music videos on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays (kind of random, but whatever). Read the full story here.

Poynt for Blackberries

So, recently, I purchased a Blackberry Bold, and I have been converted from Windows Mobile. The OS is smoother, more user-friendly, and quicker. One thing I love is
Blackberry App World, which is free from RIM. I will be posting about the apps that impress me, which means most will be FREE. Poynt is a great application. It allows you to look up business and residences through the White and Yellow Pages. The coolest thing to me is that it lets you save any numbers in the results to your contacts. You can also check movie times, view trailers, and add movies to your Blackberry Calendar. Everything runs seamlessly. Check out the vid:

Funny Commercial...

Many of you have probably seen the Kobe vs. Lebron commercial by Vitamin Water (if not check it out here. Recently though, Dwight Howard to make his own, about himself. It's cool, I like it and I hope you enjoy it.




If any of you missed the game Sunday night, it was a good one. The Magic had a chance to steal it in the last second, and Stan Van Gundy drew up an awesome play, but rookie Courtney Lee botched it, and the Lakers won in OT. So, instead of being 1-1, the Magic head home down 2-0. Here's the clip of Lee:

This one is called Qik. It allows you to stream live video onto a website! This means you can share moments with friends and family that are thousands of miles away...FREE! It works on select phones (mostly smartphones, but not limited to that) and can be downloaded here.

Random....

In case you guys don't know, I used to work for an AT&T retailer. Sales were down, so we found ourselves with a lot of free time in the store. Looking for something to do, we decided to throw a ball on one side of a wall and catch it on the other, and it led to this:



It's kind of grainy, but I think it gets the job done.

Didn't get to see game 1 of the Finals, but from looking at the highlights, Orlando is going to have another long night in game 2. I'm not a big Kobe fan, but he showed why so many consider him the best in the game. I personally was hoping for a Lebron over Kobe finals, but since that plan has been ruined by Superman, I really don't know who I'm rooting for. Maybe I'll decide once it's over with. Anyway, here are the highlights:

There is a very COOL app for Windows Mobile phones called Twikini. It is made by Trinket Software. The application makes it really easy to tweet and view other's tweets, and allows you to do many other things from your phone (have a look at the screenshots). I suggest you try it out! This looks like something I could get used to...

Those who know me know I love basketball. If I could play it as well as I loved it, I'd probably be getting paid to play, but instead I'm writing this blog. Everytime I find a cool video, I'll be sure to share. I don't know how old this one is, but the kid looks legit.
